I own and operate a number of villas in Costa Rica providing all inclusive vacation getaways. I would like to start catering to corporate retreat and/or incentive travel since we are able to handle large groups and was wondering if anyone knew of a phone list showing contact information for the travel departments at the Fortune 500 companies.

I would just go on-line to get the names of these corporations, and than get a list of their names and phone numbers.

From there call and you will probably reach a receptionist who should be able to direct you to that department.

You can go on a group tour of a foreign country, but I don’t think it’s comparable to summer camp.

My daughter is turning 3 the day before we start the trip. We initially scheduled the trip so her birthday would be at the end of the Disney vacation, but had to bump it back a week due to scheduling conflicts in our group. We haven’t bought her a ticket, wondering if it’s a big deal??? Does Disney check these things that closely?

If your wife gives birth in the line waiting to get in to the park, they will charge you for the newborn. The park was built with kids in mind, so they will for sure charge you a ticket price for the 2 to 3 year old. If there is a price difference, you could always lie…

Check out their website for height restrictions. I can tell you from experience that they will be militant about it. You can’t take your daughter on the more agressive rides, but you should be ok on many of them.

like you know when you go somewhere for a vacation and
when you get there there’s like a hotel inculeded and you have a group of people with you and you go on tours with them
so it’s not like you just get there and your by yourself
if that makes any sense
and it has to be about 1,000 a little more per ticket but no more than 2,000
